GetHarley, an online platform based in London, UK that connects consumers with clinicians and medical grade skincare products, has recently raised $52M in funding. Index Ventures led the round, along with Headline Venture, Visionaries Club, and Village Global. The company has a strong angel investor base consisting of high-profile executives such as Andrew Robb (ex-COO of Farfetch), Sian Keane (current Chief People Officer of Farfetch), John Veichmanis (COO of Carwow), Vincenzo Iozzo (ex-CrowdStrike and cybersecurity expert), and James Vincent (Founder of FNDR and brand strategist for Apple and Airbnb).
The funds raised will be primarily used to double growth in the next 12 months as GetHarley continues to expand worldwide.
Under the leadership of CEO and Founder, Charmaine Chow, GetHarley provides personalized product recommendations, virtual skin consultations, and a 24/7 patient concierge service from clinicians who focus on delivering individually tailored care to each patient. Since its launch, the company has assembled a team of 70, consisting of experts in a wide range of fields to provide support to patients and clinicians alike.
The platform’s growth strategy has a strong focus on personalization and innovation. Apart from the core services, GetHarley has also introduced new offerings like the GetHarley Skin Diet, a personalized food plan tailored to a patient’s skin, as well as new tools for clinicians to better evaluate and diagnose conditions. The company also plans to expand their team and invest in new technologies to improve the experience for both patients and clinicians.
The platform has been highly received by users, with a growing number of customers relying on GetHarley for their skincare needs. The additional funding will be a significant boost in taking the company to the next level, expanding their services, and making them more accessible to people worldwide. GetHarley’s dedication to providing personalized and innovative skincare solutions positions them well to help change the paradigm of how people manage their skin conditions.
