TalentLynk is a pioneering communication platform that harnesses the power of cloud calling and artificial intelligence to streamline recruitment practices. By integrating voice, WhatsApp, SMS, and email services into a single inbox that syncs seamlessly with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, TalentLynk aims to transform the way recruitment agencies operate. Founded in 2024 by the enterprising duo of Daniel Nitu and Omar Zafar, both hailing from London, the platform has already made waves in the industry. With an impressive £335,000 in pre-seed funding secured from established UK investor Haatch, TalentLynk is poised for significant growth and expansion.
Omar Zafar, who previously led his own recruitment company, understands the cumbersome nature of manual administrative work within the industry.
He acknowledges that today's recruiters often juggle an array of communication tools, switching between their personal and work mobiles, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms to stay connected with clients and candidates. This constant back-and-forth often results in valuable information slipping through the cracks. With recruiters reportedly spending up to two hours a day on time-consuming tasks like logging call notes and updating CRMs, Zafar and Nitu recognized a pressing need for a solution that would enhance efficiency and productivity in recruitment practices.
With a vision to revolutionize the recruitment process, the co-founders designed TalentLynk to not only alleviate administrative burdens but also leverage machine learning to provide actionable insights for consultants. The platform boasts features such as a reliable VoIP system with 100% uptime, as well as automated transcription of calls, allowing users to save precious time while improving accuracy and revenue generation. As TalentLynk sets its sights on expanding into international markets in 2025, it aims to empower recruitment consultants across various UK cities, including London, Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton, Manchester, and Edinburgh. The recent investment from Haatch not only validates the platform’s potential but also fuels the co-founders' ambition to become a global leader in recruitment technology.
